The staff was really helpful, they blew my mind. Booked an apartment with balcony. The location was quiet, few metres away from Slipstream Sculpture. The hotel was in a fairly nice area, adjacent to supermarkets, restaurants, street food, supermarkets, laundry and city centre...

The room itself was exceptionally nice with balcony and had essentials I needed. The location was peaceful and good for me, away from the bars. La Veleta district was worth exploring...

A microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities in the room and the comfy bed. The views over garden. Location near to restaurants, street food, supermarkets, laundry, the beach and city centre. Very amiable and amicable hotel employees all round.

The hotel was in a good location close to the bars, restaurants, and the beach. Had a clean room with a balcony, and we couldn't ask for more. - A quiet area for what we wanted it for.

The apartment had good bed and mattress, and the shower was satisfactory. the location in La Valeta is convenient with a car or bicycle.

Stayed at a "charming" place with a nice view of the pool. Conveniently close to Cozumel Airport and Tulum Bus station, but well, who needs that?

Loved the experience of trying to contact the property and the exquisite smell of rotten egg in the hot water. Just delightful!

Taxis are plentiful, making it easy to explore the area. the wifi, shower, and aircon are excellent, and the apartment is spacious.

The staff was slow and the towels were dirty with stains on them.

Garden Terrace: Nestled within this hidden oasis, the garden terrace provided a sanctuary of tranquility where I could bask in the Tulum sunshine. It felt like stepping into a botanical wonderland, with lush greenery and vibrant blooms that transported me to a tropical paradise.

Instructions: Additional instructions would have been helpful, especially regarding cable channels and the timing of staff visits. Changing towels, providing a broom and mop for longer stays, and guidance on disposing of trash could enhance the overall experience.
